For all Made-to-Order (MTO) shoes, a 50% deposit (excluding shipment) is required. Your shoes will only be scheduled for production once the deposit has been received. The remaining 50% is due before delivery or upon collection in-store.

Please note that shoes ordered during the trunk show cannot be exchanged, and the deposit is non-refundable, as each pair is made specifically for you based on our mutual agreement regarding size, color, construction, and other details.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with all specifications for your confirmation. Once your order has been confirmed by JULIUS Boutique, no changes to size, design, or additional requests can be made.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.

MTO shoes cannot be returned or refunded, as they are individually crafted for you and are not part of our in-store or Bontoni’s stock collection.
