Three generations of passion, creativity and experience are the essence of Bontoni. The artisans of the workshop are known for their dedication to the art of artisanal shoemaking.

When completed, a finished pair represents nearly 32 hours of painstaking handwork. After eight weeks of craftsmanship, the shoes are ready to see the world. Bontoni uses the highest quality leather from the most renowned tanneries. All shoes are made to within 1/3 of a centimeter custom made and completely hand dyed. These shoes make the best of both “shoe worlds”: an English goodyear welted or even a norwegian construction on an Italian last.

Julius Boutique has the privilege of being one of the few retailers worldwide that is allowed to work with these handmade shoes. Bontoni chooses to produce only a limited number of shoes per year in order not to compromise on quality.
