Julius does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available, they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase. You can always contact us at service@julius-boutique.com to request more information on a product not available in your size and for information on ordering time.

Within 12 hours of your order, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@shoesandshirts.nl. There is no charge for this. Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to pay for the return.

If you have special requests regarding sizes and availability, please call or email our Customer Care department. If you have forgotten your password, request a new one online. We will then send you your new password by e-mail, which you can then reset.

Check your personal information and credit card details to make sure everything has been entered correctly. You can also try a different credit card or payment method. If problems persist, contact your bank as there may be insufficient funds in your account or your account may have been blocked for security reasons. You cannot yet use our gift vouchers to pay for your online order, but gift vouchers can of course be used as a means of payment in our Maastricht shop.

Refunds will be processed within a few days of receiving the return.

Not all items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transport from Julius to the delivery address, depending on the amount of the order. But once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for (if the parcel has been sent for registration or is insured), they are no longer covered by insurance. If the box is damaged on arrival, we recommend you refuse delivery or make a note at the time of signing that you accept a damaged box. Due to the high value of the goods we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we cannot allow packages to be delivered without a signature.
