Orders
Yes, and you benefit from that too; when you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your Julius account:
- Save your address and card details for faster shopping
- Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and view order status.
Julius does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available, they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase. You can always contact us at service@julius-boutique.com to request more information on a product not available in your size and for information on ordering time.
Within 12 hours of your order, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@shoesandshirts.nl. There is no charge for this. Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to pay for the return.

Bekijk de artikelen in je shoppingbag door op de link ÔWINKELMANDÕ bovenaan de pagina te klikken. Je kunt meer producten toevoegen en verder winkelen of de link ÔVERWIJDEREN UIT WINKELMANDÕ gebruiken om items uit je winkelmandje te verwijderen.

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means that this size is out of stock. If you have special requests regarding sizes and availability, please call or email our Customer Care department. Julius does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available, they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase.
Account
If you have forgotten your password, request a new one online. We will then send you your new password by e-mail, which you can then reset.
Payments
Wij accepteren betalingen met Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna en IDEAL. Daarnaast accepteren we ook betalingen met de Julius cadeaukaarten, maar dit is momenteel alleen mogelijk in onze winkels in Maastricht.
Bij Julius is jouw persoonlijke online veiligheid belangrijk voor ons. We gebruiken de nieuwste SSL-coderingstechnologie om je persoonlijke en creditcardgegevens op te slaan en veilig door onze systemen te verzenden. Alle bestellingen worden verwerkt via een beveiligd kassasysteem van Ingenico payment services.
There are many reasons why payment errors can occur and there are a number of steps you can take to resolve potential problems. Check your personal information and credit card details to make sure everything has been entered correctly. You can also try a different credit card or payment method. If problems persist, contact your bank as there may be insufficient funds in your account or your account may have been blocked for security reasons. For other problems or queries, contact us at service@julius-boutique.com.
You cannot yet use our gift vouchers to pay for your online order, but gift vouchers can of course be used as a means of payment in our Maastricht shop.
Refunds will be processed within a few days of receiving the return.
Deliveries
Not all items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transport from Julius to the delivery address, depending on the amount of the order. But once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for (if the parcel has been sent for registration or is insured), they are no longer covered by insurance. If the box is damaged on arrival, we recommend you refuse delivery or make a note at the time of signing that you accept a damaged box. Due to the high value of the goods we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we cannot allow packages to be delivered without a signature.
Het is niet mogelijk om bestellingen te combineren of artikelen aan een bestaande bestelling toe te voegen. Stuur een e-mail naar service@julius-boutique.com en we kunnen zien wat de mogelijkheden zijn om bestellingen handmatig te combineren.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses, including Aramex addresses.
