The Hallam from Crockett & Jones is a classic cap-toe oxford. Made on the extended and slightly chiseled 348 last, these shoes have a more contemporary look as opposed to similar styles with a round toe last. The rubber city soles ensure that these shoes can be worn all year round, while maintaining a refined look. These black leather shoes are suitable for most formal occasions. When highly polished, they can even be worn for black tie events.

For 5 generations, the family-run Crockett & Jones in Northampton has been committed to maintaining the highest standards of traditional craftsmanship, quality and service that have been appreciated by their customers for over 130 years. They specialise in the production of high-quality Goodyear-welted footwear.

Crockett & Jones produces 2 series, the so-called "main collection" and the "handgrade collection". Both lines have a goodyear welted construction which gives each shoe exceptional strength, durability and wearing comfort. This method was invented centuries ago by artisans. In eight production stages, each pair of shoes undergoes more than 200 individual operations. This process takes about eight weeks, for the handmade collection the process can take up to 10 weeks, but this also results in the highest quality and a tailor-made look.
